Rick's goals during his tenure as President is to elevate LYAA by offering our participants improved facilities and some new and exciting fund raising opportunities and social events. Rick is also committed to improving the quality of workflow and efficiencies within LYAA to enhance the volunteer experience.

Rick's duties include: 

• To oversee the whole operations of LYAA
• To preside over all meetings.
• To appoint committees, and act as ex-officio officer presiding at all committee meetings.
• To call meetings as needed.
• To take prudent and reasonable action in cases not covered herein, as such authority is implied.
• Coordinate League operations with the Town of Loudon and local school districts.
  
  Rick's term started on January 1, 2007 and expires on December 31, 2007.

John greatly assists LYAA in the following duties:

• To preside over all meetings in the absence of the President.
• To assume the duties of any vacant directorship until the vacant office is filled.
• Oversee the set up, organization, and execution of participant registrations.
• To coordinate with local city school officials for use and scheduling of practice fields and work with the baseball and softball commissioners in scheduling practice sites and times.
•  To perform duties as assigned by the President.

A Longtime Member, Norma continues to assist LYAA with the following responsibilities:

• To receive and collect all funds of the Association.
• To dispense all approved bills and charges, under the direction of the Board of Directors, either approved by budget or individually.)
• To maintain an accurate and current ledger as to all Association funds.
• To provide a full report of receipts and expenditures, deposit balances and financial condition at each meeting of the membership, with the exception of special called meetings.
• Maintain signature's on checking account each year according to LYAA Bylaws
• Acts as the primary executor of all checks written against the association bank account except at which time he/she is indisposed.
• To perform duties as assigned by the President.

As Secretary, Melody provides invaluable services to LYAA which includes the following duties:

• To take and preserve the minutes of all meeting and to record all votes.
• To maintain a complete list of all voting members.
• To handle all correspondence assigned by the President.
• To notify all Board Members of all meetings.
• Maintain a list of disciplinary actions taken against any player, coach, umpire or team.
• Maintain the records of any protest or appeals.
• To perform duties as assigned by the President. 

Melody also maintains relationships with several points of information dissemination (local papers, school boards, etc) and ensures that LYAA remains compliant with internally and externaly imposed relevant stipulations from multiple sanctioning bodies. Melody also assists board members with several tasks and keeps them informed of their responsibilities.

John Charron provides valuable direction to LYAA by attending to the following duties:

• Coordinate with appropriate Directors to ensure efficient organization and insure all duties are being performed in a timely and efficient matter and in accordance with the association procedures. (i.e. concessions, fundraiser, umpires, pictures, uniforms and trophies).
• Supervise and coordinate activities of League Directors.
• Liaison between league officals, LYAA Baseball Board and the LYAA Board of Directors.
• Maintain roster of teams and coaches.
• Work with League Directors in recruiting coaches and officials. All coaches must be approved by the Baseball Board.
• Inform League Directors of any Board policy changes or rule changes.
• Assist wherever needed to insure overall integrity of leagues.
• Submit forms for league affiliation with proper organization.
• Oversee scheduling of all regular Season games and coordinate with League Directors on rescheduling make-up games.
• Coordinate practice schedules with coaches.
• Set the number of teams for each League with Director input but in an attempt to have a minimum of eleven players/team.

Scott Hagerty provides valuable direction to LYAA by attending to the following duties:
